2018 SIAL China

The 19th Asia International Food & Beverage & Import Food Fair was officially launched in Shanghai on May 16, 2018. SIAL China is a leading platform for international producers and manufacturers of food products, wines and high-end drinks, food services and other areas. The event attracted more than 3,000 exhibitors from all over the world.

SIAL (French: Salon International de l’alimentation) was originally held in Paris back in 1964. Today it is still one of the world’s largest food innovation exhibitions. In 2000, SIAL was held in China for the first time, and called SIAL China. Aiming at ‘International, Professional and Trade Oriented’, SIAL China has been held for 17 editions and became the largest professional food exhibition with the highest level and best benefit, and also the largest international food exhibition in Asia.

Due to increasing demands in meat and seafood exhibitors at SIAL China, the exhibition of “International Cold Chain Pavilion” has formed. As a long-term participant in SIAL China, BNH was very honoured to attend again this year. BNH was fully committed within three days of exhibition, promoting a variety of high-quality meat products from Uruguay natural grazing lands.
